When budgeting for your kit home, Doubletree Homes will price the home package based on our standard specifications. From there, the options are endless. Here are a few examples:

Floor System:

Our standard package features an I Joist floor system. If you prefer, you may choose to use an open web floor system.

Exterior Finish:

Our standard pricing features high quality vinyl siding, but you may choose from a multitude of options, such as hardboard siding or stucco.

Windows:

The standard window is a PVC casement/slider window. There are many options in windows in doors as well.
